After spending more than 20 years working in a corporate environment, I moved into Nutritional Therapy after diet and lifestyle changes helped me to improve my own health successfully – and I want to share that experience.

  • Member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapists (BANT)
  • Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council registration (CNHC)
  • BSc (Hons) First in Nutritional Therapy from The University of Greenwich
  • Level 6 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from British College of Nutrition and Health (BCNH), London, fully accredited by NTEC
  • Certified NLP Practitioner and Associate Member of ANLP
  • Certified Health Coach

And here’s the person:

  • I love food and I’m keen to share my passion
  • Understanding of chronic health conditions, as I was diagnosed with PCOS aged 22, followed by gestational diabetes during two pregnancies. Changing my diet and lifestyle literally changed my life
  • Mum of two teens, a noisy cat, and a dog called Juno so I understand a busy household
  • Keen cyclist and yoga fan
  • When not working, you’ll either find me cooking, with my head in a book, or digging at the allotment

I will work with you to develop an effective plan specifically designed for your needs - this is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I will be with you every step of the way. With the approach I take I’ve found that my clients get great results – I combine nutrition and lifestyle advice along with individual health coaching. This gives you a complete solution that helps you to stay motivated and focused and gives you the tools to put your plan into action.
